There is so much excitement in the air about being able to meet up with people indoors and particularly in restaurants.
And with that comes a whole new opportunity for outfits! As the weather is still so variable I have focused this week’s newsletter on four dresses that you can wear now and how to accessorise them so you can stay warm too!
ONE SEASON
VIOLET LISBON DRESS £149
This wonderfully versatile maxi dress has very quickly become a mainstay in my spring wardrobe. Whilst there’s a chill in the air, I’ve been wearing it as a coat dress over a t-shirt and jeans – see above and below.
But once the temperature starts to rise I’ll wear it with sandals. A denim jacket, be it our lovely Coster Copenhagen version – or a more traditional western-style one – is the perfect throw-on should the temperature dip. See below.
ONE SEASON
BORA BORA LONG INDI DRESS £135
With its wonderful ruffled sleeves and beautiful frilled skirt, this elegant printed dress looks just as good dressed down with trainers (as demonstrated by Willa above) and a denim jacket, as it does with heeled sandals and a pretty clutch for a more dressed up approach.
ONE SEASON
CRETE TIE DYE JAZZ DRESS £127
We stock this dress every year but always in a different print. It’s so easy to wear with its flattering empire line and v-neck and teams beautifully with trainers or wedges. It can also take you to an evening event too. Just add a shawl or long cardigan, statement jewellery and a pretty cross-body bag.
DEVOTION
ZAKAR SHIRT DRESS £230
Another wonderfully versatile dress that looks great unbuttoned over ecru, dark denim or black jeans and a t-shirt (see above and below). The drawstring puff sleeves are super stylish and the pop of orange adds a contemporary vibe.
It also looks great buttoned up and worn with a flat sandal as shown below.
To take you into the evening add a heeled sandal, wool wrap, statement jewellery and a little black bag – see below.
