Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Please send us any items you’d like to return or exchange by post – ideally recorded delivery. If you can return the item within 14 days of purchase then that’s great – if it’s longer just drop us a line.

2. Post your returned item to:

3. Include in your package your name and address and
what you would like us to do.

Return £££

If you’d like a refund, we’ll refund you the price you paid (minus any postage) using the same payment method.  We do this on the same day as the return arrives back with us and we send you a message to say we have done this.

Return Exceptions

If the item has been worn then we’d prefer it if you didn’t return it.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange any items – that’s no problem, just let us know what you’d like to change it for and we’ll do this with pleasure. If there is a difference to pay or refund we will organise this with you.
