Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Please send us any items you’d like to return or exchange by post – ideally recorded delivery. If you can return the item within 14 days of purchase then that’s great – if it’s longer just drop us a line.

1. Please email if you have any questions.
2. While our shop is temporarily closed please post  your returned item to:

Cleverly Wrapped, Oakdown House, Steventon, Hants RG25 3BJ

3. Include in your package your name and address and what you would like us to do.

Return £££

While our shop is temporarily closed we are re-imbursing you for the cost of returns. We will contact you upon receipt of the return to discuss who you would like us to do this.

Return Exceptions

If the item has been worn then we’d prefer it if you didn’t return it.


If you’d like to exchange any items – that’s no problem, just let us know what you’d like to change it for and we’ll do this with pleasure. If there is a difference to pay or refund we will organise this with you.
