Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Please send us any items you’d like to return or exchange by post – ideally recorded delivery. If you can return the item within 14 days of purchase then that’s great – if it’s longer just drop us a line.

1. Please email harriet@cleverlywrapped.com if you have any questions or want  us to reserve something for you that you are planning on exchanging.

2. If you want to exchange your purchase for another item please do call the shop or e-mail Harriet and we will set it aside for you.

3. Include in your package your name and address or your order number and let us know what you would like us to do.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS 

We understand that gifts are purchased well in advance for Christmas. For gifts purchased in advance of Christmas (any date) we will extend our Returns policy until Friday 14th January. We will give a credit note or exchange up to and including that date.

Return Exceptions

If the item has been worn then we’d prefer it if you didn’t return it.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange any items – that’s no problem, just let us know what you’d like to change it for and we’ll do this with pleasure. If there is a difference to pay or refund we will organise this with you.

Paper Free

We do not enclose returns forms in with our deliveries in order to reduce the amount of paper we generate.
