The best winter coats provide the perfect finishing touch to every outfit…
…so with it being mid October already, the girls and I have been road-testing this season’s collection of coats and jackets – biker-styles, reversible gilets, padded puffers and more. Interestingly we’ve all found a style we really love, so here we are, sharing our personal favourites!

This lightweight coat is the perfect ‘throw-on’ piece and the oversized silhouette allows plenty of room for layering, if a bit more warmth is required. The neutral grey makes it very wearable and it looks just as great worn open as it does buttoned up.

I already own a black leather jacket, but this dark burgundy version is warmer in colour and literally goes with EVERYTHING. I also love how it adds a bit of attitude to a pretty dress!

As someone who really feels the cold, I need a toasty warm jacket from autumn onwards. This padded leather version is not only super stylish, but it features an insulated layer that traps in heat. The high collar converts into a hood which is absolute genius!
