We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient delivery service.
All of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. You will receive an email once we have processed your order.
Orders will arrive wrapped in tissue. However if you would like them professionally gift wrapped (at no extra charge) please just tick the box at check out for FREE gift wrapping. Your order will then arrive beautifully wrapped in tissue placed in a charcoal grey box which is tied with our bespoke grosgrain ribbon. All prices will be removed.
If you would like to leave the recipient a message on our smart black and white CW postcards please leave it in the comments box at check out.
If you are ordering more than one scarf you will only be charged delivery once. Where there are several different gift wrapped items in one delivery we will mark each item with a description so you can identify which is which.
Please note that all of our gift wrapping boxes are made from 100% recycled materials that can all be recycled within the UK. We do not put our logo on our boxes so you can use them again for other gift wrapping or as storage boxes.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY £4.95
This is for orders under £150 where we do not do free postage. This delivery is provided by the Royal Mail. If you or the recipient are not in to receive the package you will be left a calling card by the Royal Mail.
These deliveries often arrive the next day but sometimes the day after.
UK GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY £7.00
If you need to know that your parcel will arrive the next day before 13.00pm then choose this option (Monday to Friday only before 3pm) and we will use the Royal Mail’s guaranteed next day delivery service.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY £9.00
We offer a delivery service to any address in Europe which costs £9 per order and can take up to a week to arrive. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes for which the recipient is responsible.
The parcel will be tracked and require a signature at the other end.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY £12.00
We also ship parcels to most addresses outside Europe, which costs £12 per order and can take up to 10 days to arrive. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

LIVE LOCALLY?
If you would like to collect your delivery by hand then please just choose “pick up from shop” during the check out process. If you would like us to deliver locally please just request this in the comments box and we will do our best.
