Product and Website Co-Ordinator
This is a newly created role that has previously been filled by paid interns, working for 8 months of the year. As the business evolves we are now ready to make this position full time.
Will suit somebody who loves fashion, wants to work as part of a team and likes no two days to be the same!
Details:
Place of work: Stockbridge, Hampshire
Hours of work: 10am-5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: subject to experience
Responsibilities:
Management of products as they arrive in the stores
Allocating products to stores and online via our sales system
Liaising with shop staff as to what product to expect and when
Tracking orders so we know when to expect them
Sourcing or organising images for the products
Labelling products as required
Re-sizing and labelling images
Uploading the images to the website
Writing copy and doing SEO for the website
Constantly updating and re-ordering the website
Organisation of photo shoots quarterly
Assisting with photo shoots quarterly
Liaison with photographers including delivering/collecting products locally for photography
Agreeing sale prices with Harriet and then implementing them on line
Managing out of stock products on line so that they are removed from the website
Skills required:
Must drive as some driving will be necessary when visiting stores
Proficient in Photo shop or Canva or both
Ability to write basic copy
Excellent organisational skills
Good level of computer literacy
Great communicator
Problem solving abilities
Attention to detail
Team player (we are a great team!)
Proficient in Excel
Must be flexible as to the needs of the business eg if shop staff are sick it may be necessary to cover their hours
Most of the skills required for the job can easily by taught and this role has been done in the past by interns. So, if you think you have the right skill set, but are missing some of the skills, it shouldn’t be a problem, but a good level of computer literacy is essential as is basic Photoshop and Canva knowledge.
